Types of Wine Glasses
There are many types of different wine glasses and each is unique
to the type of wine and how it is served below is a list of some of
the many wine glasses available that you may want to use for your
next gourmet dinner or a night of enjoyment with friends.
Typically red wines go well with rounded larger bowl glasses than white
wines and sparkling wine and champagne goes well with flutes or tall
thin glasses. Although, some wine experts disagree and feel
any well made wine glass will do as long as there is a moderate
sized bowl and tapered towards the top to allow aroma to be
concentrated.
The "best" wine glasses are made by Riedel an Australian wine
glass maker. Although, as above any wine glass will do if made
